How it works.

    You are your own guru

    Sounds spiritual, but it's actually grounded and practical. No gurus telling people how it should be done; participants take the wheel themselves. No dependence on an external coach.

    In the homegroup

    Participants learn together in groups of six. Colleagues who know each other's context, understand the same reality, and come with the right questions.

    Small steps, big impact

    Six months, two hours a week. That gives change the time to land and grow into lasting behaviour in the organisation.
