Traditionally, courses and training are organised in one- or two-day sessions. But no matter how brilliant such a session is, the insights fade after a few weeks. Development is a process, not a single momentum. That is why our programs are divided into five short stages, spread over a period of eight months. A JOURNEY takes about four hours per month.
